Unable to Receive our Emails on Outlook/Hotmail?

Important updates or messages from our Team are sent to your inbox. If you are not receiving our emails, it is important to check your Spam/Junk folder.

If your emails are located in the Spam/Junk folder, here are a few methods to assist you with resolving this issue.

Adding Contacts to Safe List

  1. On the Settings icon, click on View All Outlook Settings.
  2. Go to the Junk Email section in the Mail tab.
  3. In the Safe Senders and Domains section, click on Add and enter our email address which is [email protected]
  4. Click on Save.
