Go to the left-hand side task bar and click the Deposit Funds button to get started.
Kindly note that you will need to complete the identity verification process before you deposit. If you have not done so already, click/tap here.
Click the Deposit Funds tab.
Choose Bitcoin as a Deposit Type.
Select a wallet.
Type the amount you wish to send.
Once done, you then need to click Redirect me to the Payments Page.
After you have been redirected, go to your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet send the funds to the Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address we give you directly.
You will see an address that you will need to send your Bitcoin to.
- Only send Bitcoin (BTC) to the address displayed on the deposit page.
- Send to the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address displayed on the deposit page.
- Do not save any of the addresses we provide you. A new Bitcoin (BTC) address is created each time you create a deposit notification.
- We DO NOT accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
Check carefully before sending Bitcoin (BTC) as due to the digital currency protocols, transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once sent.
Bitcoin (BTC) deposits need to be confirmed by Blockchain 3-6 times for you to receive the funds. This can typically take 1-3 hours.
