Unable to Receive our Emails on Protonmail?

Important updates or messages from our Team are sent to your inbox. If you are not receiving our emails, it is important to check your Spam/Junk folder.

If your emails are located in the Spam/Junk folder, here are a few methods to assist you with resolving this issue:

Adding Contact to the “Allow” List

  1.  On the settings icon of your account, select the Filters tab.
  2. Click on the Add button in the Allow List section.

  3. Enter our email address in the required field.
  4. Click on Save.
