Business Wind Down Account Closure
Effective Date: December 1st, 2025
Applies To: All former clients of KOT4x (the “Company”)
1. Status of Brokerage Operations
Please be advised that KOT4x has permanently ceased all brokerage and trading operations.
As a result:
- No trading services are available
- No new accounts may be opened
- No deposits may be accepted
The Company is now operating solely for the purpose of administering remaining client accounts.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients who maintain a positive balance in their account are required to formally request the
withdrawal of their remaining funds.
To initiate a withdrawal, clients must:
1. Contact the Company’s support team as instructed on this website, include account numbers.
2. Provide all required verification documentation, conduct KYC to confirm identity.
3. Submit valid withdrawal instructions (including payment details)
Failure to complete the withdrawal process may result in administrative fees as outlined below.
Clients who maintain a negative balance in their account will not be required to act and account will be
zeroed out and closed.
3. Account Management Fee for Inactive Balances
Effective December 15st, 2026, an Account Management Fee will be applied to accounts that maintain a
balance but have not submitted a valid withdrawal request.
- Fee Amount: USD $50.00 per period on the 15th and end of each month.
- Frequency: Biweekly
- Trigger: Failure to withdrawal of remaining funds
- Method: Automatically deducted from the account balance
This fee is intended to cover ongoing administrative, compliance, reconciliation, and support costs
associated with maintaining inactive client accounts following the closure of operations.
4. Depletion of Account Balance
If the Account Management Fees fully deplete an account balance:
- The account will be considered closed with a zero balance
- No further obligations will exist between the client and the Company.
- The Company shall have no liability for balances reduced to zero due to applicable fees
5. Verification & Compliance Requirements
The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to:
- Verify client identity, including all documention associated with the original account opening and
current identification documents. - Comply with applicable AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements
- Confirm lawful ownership of funds
Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be delayed or rejected until
compliance obligations are satisfied.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by incomplete client submissions
- Incorrect payment details provided by the client
- Fees applied in accordance with this policy
- Losses resulting from the client’s failure to initiate a timely withdrawal
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect:
- Regulatory requirements
- Administrative necessity
- Legal or compliance obligations
Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon posting
unless otherwise stated.
